Can I train after a sports massage?

It depends on the intensity of the treatment:
Light session: You can train as normal
Deep/intense session: We recommend light activity or rest for 24 hours
Your therapist will guide you based on your session.

How much does a session cost?
  • 30 min – R390
  • 45 min – R490
  • 60 min – R640
  • 90 min – R840

    Full body sessions and packages are also available. Please contact your nearest branch or book online.

Can I bring my children?

Yes. We treat clients from the age of 8 years and older, with treatments adapted appropriately for age and development.

What should I do after a sports massage?

  • You may feel slight soreness—this is normal and temporary.

We do not diagnose or treat injuries, but we work alongside healthcare providers to support your recovery process.

How often should I get a sports massage?

  • High training load or events: weekly

No. Sports massage is beneficial for:

What should I wear to my session?

Wear comfortable clothing. Depending on the area treated, you may be asked to adjust clothing to allow proper access to muscles. Please alsways wear underwear.

How long does a session last?

Sessions range from 30 to 90 minutes, depending on your needs and treatment goals.

Can sports massage improve performance?

Is cupping therapy safe?

Yes, when performed correctly.
Cupping may leave temporary marks, which are normal and typically fade within a few days.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes. We operate on a booking system to ensure dedicated time for each client. Walk-ins are subject to availability.

Do you offer packages?

Yes. We offer discounted packages for multiple sessions, ideal for consistent treatment and long-term results. We offer a 5% discount on either 5 or 10 massage Package – That is valid between 3 to 6 months
